How long before I receive my parcel?
We aim to dispatch & deliver your parcel in 1-3 working days. Due to the volume of parcels this could take a further 24 hours. During seasonal months i.e. Christmas, January Sales, Valentines Day, Mothers Day & Site Wide Sales it could take 3-5 working days to dispatch and deliver.
When should I contact you if I don’t receive my item?
Once your parcels has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification to let you know it is on its way. From the notification period your parcel should arrive in 24-48hrs. If your parcels haven't arrived during this time, please allow another 24hrs before contacting us. If your parcel hasn't arrived please contact us via email with your Name, Order number and Email address.
Is my item Tracked?
All of out items will now be 1st class and tracked. We will have a tracking number on file which provides us with more information regarding your delivery. The tracking number will only become available when we look into a case for you. If you wish to open a case regarding a missing parcel then please contact us after our delivery time frame. Is my Item sent 1st Class?
All of our parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. At the end of September we will be introducing Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked. Which means all of our parcels will have a tracking number to help us with cases of missing parcels.
Do you send parcels outside of the UK?
We currently don't offer World Wide shipping at checkout. If you would like to send a parcel overseas please send us an email and we will look into this for you. Our Company is growing and our objective next year is to look into EU and world wide shipping.
Would I receive a refund if my parcel is lost in the post?
If your parcel hasn't arrived after the timescale for delivery. Please contact us and we will look into tracing your parcel. It's very rare parcels go missing but we do take this seriously and we will look into a refund or an exchange if the parcel is untraceable.
What happens if my item breaks or is faulty?
If your item breaks are arrives damaged, please send us an email with your Name, Order number, Email address and a picture(s) attached of the faulty item. We will be able to send a replacement if the item is still in stock and is also in the 30 day guarantee policy.
Do I have to pay for the postage to return an item?
If you wish to return an item back to us we would recommend that you send us an email first regarding your return before you send it back to us. Returns would need to be paid for by the customer and once the item is returned to us we will reimburse the postage cost to your refund total.
Do you offer a next day guaranteed delivery?
We currently don't offer this service at checkout. The Royal mail offers this service but during seasonal months there's no guarantee that a parcel will arrive next working day delivery. We recommend to order in 5 working days before an event to avoid disappointment.
