How long before I receive my parcel?
We aim to dispatch & deliver your parcel in 1-3 working days. Due to the volume of parcels this could take a further 24 hours. During seasonal months i.e. Christmas, January Sales, Valentines Day, Mothers Day & Site Wide Sales. It could take 3-5 working days to dispatch and deliver.
When should I contact you if I don’t receive my item?
Once your parcels has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification to let you know it is on its way. From the notification period your parcel should arrive in 24-48hrs. If your parcels haven't arrived during this time, please allow another 24hrs.

Copy your tracking number into the box provided and the Royal mail will provide detailed tracking information for your parcel.

Once you've opened up a case through the Royal Mail, please contact us via email regarding the missing parcel with your name, tracking number, postal address and date of purchase.
We understand that this can be frustrating and we will do our best to help you locate the missing parcel. We unfortunately can't control what happens when your parcel leaves our business address and the steps above are the best solution in finding your parcel. It's very rare parcels go missing but we do take this seriously and we will look into a refund or an exchange if the parcel is untraceable.
Is my item Tracked?
All our items will be sent using Royal mail 24 hour Tracked. Once the order has been dispatched You'll receive an email dispatched confirmation and a tracking number. Copy and paste the tracking number on the Royal mail track your item website to track your parcel. Information regarding your parcel will be updated on the Royal Mail website once they recieve the parcel in their system. If you wish to open a case regarding a missing parcel then please contact us after our delivery time frame. Is my Item sent 1st Class?
All of our parcels are sent Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Delivery. All parcels will have a tracking number to help us with cases of missing parcels.
Do you send parcels outside of the UK?
We currently don't offer World Wide shipping at checkout. If you would like to send a parcel overseas please send us an email and we will look into this for you. Our objective next year is to look into EU and world wide shipping.
Would I receive a refund if my parcel is lost in the post?
Once we have gone through the missing parcel process (See When should I contact you if I don’t receive my item? for more information) We will correspond via email with a solution and a refund or exchange will be sent asap.
What happens if my item breaks or is faulty?
If your item breaks or arrives damaged, please send us an email with your Name, Order number, Email address and a picture(s) attached of the faulty item. We will be able to send a replacement if the item is still in stock and is also in the 30 day guarantee policy.
Do I have to pay for the postage to return an item?
If you wish to return an item back to us we would recommend that you send us an email first regarding your return before you send it back to us. Returns would need to be paid for by the customer and once the item is returned to us we will reimburse the postage cost to your refund total.
Do you offer a next day guaranteed delivery?
We currently don't offer this service at checkout. We recommend to order in 3-5 working days before an event to avoid disappointment.
